Digital Product Policy
Global Green Democracy Initiative™ and 7GENZ™
Effective Date: October 1, 2025

This is an addendum to the Return and Refund Policy, specifically for digital products sold through the G.G.D.I. & 7GENZ websites. It is designed based on the common practice for digital goods in Canada, which often adhere to an "All Sales Are Final" rule, with exceptions for technical failures.

Part 3:

Digital Product Sales (e.g., E-Books, Guides, Digital Toolkits)
This section outlines the return and refund policy for all digital products purchased from the ggdi.earth website. All revenue generated from the sale of digital products supports the charitable mission of G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ.
General Digital Product Policy (All Sales Final)
Nature of Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products—which are instantly delivered, easily duplicated, and cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical merchandise—all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Irrevocability: Once an order is completed and the digital product has been successfully delivered to the customer (via download link, email, or access credentials), the sale is considered complete.

Exceptions to the Digital Product Policy (Refunds Considered)
Refunds or alternative remedies will only be provided in the following circumstances:
-
Technical Failure/Inaccessibility: If the digital file or access link is permanently corrupted, non-functional, or cannot be downloaded or accessed by the customer despite reasonable efforts and technical troubleshooting on their part, and G.G.D.I. or 7GENZ is unable to provide a functional replacement file or access.
-
Duplicate Purchase (Within 24 Hours): If the customer mistakenly purchases the exact same digital product more than once within a 24-hour period, a full refund may be issued for the duplicate purchase only.
-
Misrepresentation (Faulty Product): In rare cases where the product is fundamentally misrepresented in the description (e.g., purchasing a 'PDF E-Book' and receiving only a blank document).
Requesting a Digital Product Refund
Time Limit: Requests for a refund based on the exceptions above must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Procedure: All requests must be sent via email to sammy71@ggdi.earthand must include:
-
• Customer’s full name and order number.
-
• Date and name of the purchased digital product.
-
• A detailed explanation and evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots of the error, failed access attempt, or duplicate charge).
Resolution: Upon receiving a refund request, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing an alternate download link or troubleshooting steps. If the issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Subscriptions and Access (If Applicable)
If G.G.D.I. offers a subscription service for digital content, the following applies:
Cancellations: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the user through their account portal.
Refunds on Subscriptions: We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period (monthly or annual) once the subscription has begun. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
