Get Involved
Have you heard of the “Bandwagon Effect”? There’s a natural tendency to follow the lead of others, especially in philanthropy. Until corporations start seeing evidence of support for the Global Green Democracy Initiative, they will hesitate to know, like and trust us.
The G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ are just launching and we need your help in spreading the word and raising support for programming.
There are many ways to get involved:
-
Buy the Book
-
Share our Resource
-
Sponsorship
-
Partnership
-
Donate
-
Volunteer
Your involvement means the world to us—and to those we are going to help.
Partnerships
The Global Green Democracy Intiative requires an astronomically large amount of money, which will be a significant barrier. The sheer size of this plan requires partnerships between governments, corporations, First Nations, businesses, and the private sector to support one another in creating a sustainable world for all.
Profit, greed, cost cutting, and jobs will always influence the private and for-profit sector, so it is important to partner with governments.
Also, we don’t have the time to start from scratch—we need to mobilize now. Many governments already have the departments, standards, and capabilities needed to implement the plan without having to rebuild the system.
The government of Canada, for example, has environmental departments that all follow health and safety guidelines. This will make it easy to start investing right away and get the plan up and running ASAP.
In Canada, some of the departments we will be investing in through the G.G.D.I./7GENZ are:
-
Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs
-
Ministry of Environment
-
Ministry of Training of Colleges and Universities
-
Ministry of Education
-
Ministry of Natural Resources
-
Ministry of Labor
-
Ministry of Transportation
-
Ministry of Environmental water disposal
-
Ministry of the Environment Wastewater system
-
Management of hazardous waste and hazardous recyclable material
-
Canadian Environmental Protection Act and hazardous waste and hazardous recyclable materials
-
Any that will deal with G.G.D.I. or 7GENZ
-
Local city/town garbage collection and recycle programs
-
Existing local and provincial recycle programs, e.g. GFL (Green For Life)
For any business or program already engaged in this work, our finances can enhance what you’ve started.
G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ will take the best qualities from successful companies and apply those to our mission statement and goals.
