Funding Statement
Global Green Democracy Initiative™ and 7GENZ™
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
1. Purpose of This Statement
This Funding Statement explains the distinction between funding used to support the work, programs and development of Global Green Democracy Initiative™ (GGDI) and 7GENZ™, and income generated from independently owned founder-created works.
GGDI and 7GENZ are developing systems, programs, partnerships and initiatives intended to support environmental, health, social, educational and economic solutions.
Funding structures may develop and change as programs and initiatives become operational.
2. Organizational Funding
GGDI and/or 7GENZ may receive organizational funding through sources such as:
• Donations and voluntary contributions
• Program revenue as programs become operational
• Partnerships and collaborative initiatives
• Sponsorships
• Grants and other funding opportunities
• Fundraising activities
• Organization-owned merchandise and products, where applicable
• Other lawful sources of organizational revenue
The availability and use of particular funding sources may vary depending on the program, project, funding agreement and stage of development.
3. Donations and Contributions
Donations and voluntary contributions received for GGDI or 7GENZ are separate from purchases of independently owned books, courses or other founder-created works.
Funds designated for a particular project or program will be managed in accordance with applicable requirements and any terms attached to the funding.
No purchase of a founder-created book, course or educational resource should be interpreted as a donation to GGDI or 7GENZ unless expressly identified as such.
4. Programs and Partnerships
As GGDI and 7GENZ programs develop, organizational revenue may be generated through programs, partnerships, sponsorships, collaborative projects and other activities.
Funding arrangements may differ between programs and partners and may include restricted or project-specific funding where applicable.
5. Grants and Government Funding
GGDI and/or 7GENZ may apply for or receive grants and other forms of funding from foundations, institutions, governments or other eligible funding bodies.
Any funding received through these sources will be subject to the applicable funding agreement, reporting requirements and restrictions.
6. Founder-Created Books, Courses and Educational Works
Books, textbooks, workbooks, courses, training materials and other original works created and authored by Samanthe Caren-McCarthy remain her intellectual property unless ownership is expressly assigned otherwise in writing.
Revenue generated from the sale or licensing of these founder-created works belongs to Samanthe Caren-McCarthy unless a different arrangement is expressly established.
This income is separate from donations or other organizational funding received by GGDI or 7GENZ.
The fact that a founder-created work discusses, teaches or supports GGDI™, 7GENZ™ or Pathfinder Methodology™ does not by itself transfer ownership of the work or its revenue to those initiatives.
7. Merchandise
Branded merchandise may be offered in connection with GGDI™, 7GENZ™, @Sammy71Earth™ and Pathfinder Methodology™.
Revenue associated with merchandise will be treated according to the ownership, sales and fulfillment arrangements applicable to the particular product and should not automatically be interpreted as a charitable donation.
8. Transparency and Responsible Use of Funds
Organizational funds received by GGDI or 7GENZ will be managed for the applicable organizational, program or project purposes and in accordance with legal, contractual and financial requirements that apply to those funds.
Founder-owned revenue and organizational funding are maintained as distinct categories and should not be represented as interchangeable.
9. Charitable Status and Tax Receipts
GGDI is seeking Canadian charitable status.
Unless and until an organization is legally authorized to issue official charitable donation receipts, contributions should not be assumed to qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
Any future charitable receipting will be handled in accordance with the requirements applicable at that time.
10. Changes to This Statement
This Funding Statement may be updated as GGDI and 7GENZ develop, new programs become operational, funding arrangements change or organizational structures evolve.
