Who We Are

The G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ is a sustainable environmental, social and financial model, designed by Samanthe Caren-McCarthy, to improve human quality of life and the environment for global generations  to come.

The G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ are comprised of three types of countries—Canada [A], Developed [B] and Developing [C].

Each country that participates in the G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ is required to abide by environmental, social and governance criteria defined by 7GENZ to ensure the integrity of the G.G.D.I..

Canada (a developed country) has been separately identified as it is where many programs within the G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ will initially be implemented (goal) and where three of the four universal elements will be managed:

  • 7GENZ Global Lending Fund (7G.G.L.F.)

  • Universal Pension Plan (U.P.P.)

  • Samanthe Caren-McCarthy (SAM)

As the G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ grows globally, the 7G.G.L.F. and U.P.P. may move under the Global Oversight Committee and A Global Bank.

A Developed Country will have the same organization as Canada, but will not have their own 7G.G.L.F. and U.P.P. instead, they will have links directly to these Universal elements.

In both developed and developing countries, the First Nation People may be of ethnicities that differ from those of Canada. First Nation describes a people who were/are the first people of the land.

The goal of a Developing Country is to evolve into a Developed Country. To achieve this, the developing country will go through two phases.

Governance

There are Oversight Committees at each level, so that there is accountability and consistency for the mission statement. The Oversight Committees will have representatives from important interest groups, so that everyone that is making decisions has a responsibility to come back and be accountable for the decisions made.

The representatives are as follows:

  • one 7GENZ representative

  • a First Nation representative (of that country)

  • one government representation

  • a financial system representative

  • an industry representative

  • a youth representative (between the age of 18-30 years)

  • and Samanthe Caren-McCarthy/representative.

The Global Oversight Committee, including A Global Bank, will be linked to all countries ([A], [B] and [C]). This committee will comprise seven delegates from each country.

While praying for the solution,
the plan came to me both in pieces and, also all at once.

At first it was overwhelming.

Sam.jpg

Founder of 7GENZ

Samanthe Caren-McCarthy, founder of 7GENZ located in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada, is the innovator of the Global Green Democracy Initiative (G.G.D.I.).

Sam was raised in Drydan—a small Northwestern Ontario town. Her parents owned 2 businesses that helped contribute to her designing the G.G.D.I. and 7GENZ. Bill and Marie Caren ran an insurance company along with a spraying and clearing company, and being raised in a home discussing these 2 fields helped Sam understand the current system. Sam has worked as a Registered Nurse her entire career, with experience in hospice care, medical, cancer care (chemo and radiation), diabetes (pediatrics to end of life) and advocating for equitable care for First Nation people. Having extensive experience across the healthcare system has shown her what is working, what is not, where we can improve, that every person deserves equal opportunities and care, and that we have to invest in people to save humanity.

Because of her love for the earth and all living beings, she has spent years trying to design a plan that will enable the world to move the entire system on track. To offset the destruction from industry’s and capitalism’s negligence. To build a system that won’t bankrupt our country, but also will strengthen the democracy that she was raised in and has raised her children. To strengthen democratic countries so that this very precious lifestyle will be there for future generations.
