1. Earth Disposal Tax (E.D.T.) G.G.D.I.

 

[A] Canada

  • #1 Full turn-over to processing disposal plants

  • #2 Transportation systems for products to be picked up at curbsides (added funding to current garbage pick-up system), depots to sort and readiness for transfer to be processed down in processing plants

  • #3 All above ground product/waste storage facilities

  • Wages/benefits/pensions
